What types of books do you sell?

Classics Books & Gifts offers a diverse collection of books for readers of all ages and interests. Our catalog includes classic literature, contemporary fiction, non-fiction, children's books, biographies, history, science, educational books, self-improvement, cookbooks, graphic novels, manga, collectible editions, boxed sets, and thoughtful gift books. We regularly update our inventory with new and popular titles.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is simple. Browse our collection, add your favorite books to your shopping cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We securely process all payments through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Depending on your device and location, you may also be able to pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other supported digital payment methods.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your security is extremely important to us. Our website is protected by SSL encryption, and all transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments. We never store your complete credit or debit card information.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, including processing and shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Classics Books & Gifts ships to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available). You can use this information to follow your package until it arrives.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 15 days of the delivery date. Returned items should be in their original condition unless they are being returned because they arrived damaged or defective. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for complete details.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may complete your purchase as a guest if guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows you to view your order history, save your information, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.
