Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, as well as orders placed on Sundays or public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days (Monday through Saturday), depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 5–9 business days, which includes both 1–4 business days for order processing and 4–5 business days for shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or periods of unusually high shipping volume.


Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required, and there are no hidden shipping fees.

Any applicable shipping charges, if offered for special services in the future, will always be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping Destinations

Classics Books & Gifts currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If our shipping destinations expand in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after the carrier has accepted your package.


Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes during holidays or promotional events
  • Carrier transportation delays
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

If your shipment experiences a significant delay, please contact our customer support team, and we will gladly assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information before your order ships. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Classics Books & Gifts is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, Classics Books & Gifts cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. We will review your request promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.
