Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in their original condition unless they are being returned because they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Methods
Returns may be completed by mail.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide instructions for returning your order and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Classics Books & Gifts will cover the cost of return shipping.
For returns of non-defective items, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items of the same value, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within the 15-day return period, and our customer support team will gladly assist you.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
