About the Author

Sebastian Pole Lic OHM, Ayur HC, MAPA, MRCHM, FURHP is the co-founder of Pukka Herbs. Alongside his herbal studies and clinical practice, he has travelled to hundreds of organic farms arounf the world, learning from pioneering sustainable herbal value cahins, rigorous quality systems, and a regenerative approach to business. Sebastian launched Herbal Reality in 2020 to share traditional, scientific, and practical insights into herbal medicine to help inform a deeper understanding of the power of plants and clinical herbalism.
